Martini

50mL Reid + Reid Gin

Tonic Water

1. Fill glass with plenty of ice.

2. Pour Reid + Reid Native gin over the ice.

3. Top with tonic water.

Tip: To bring out the unique New Zealand                    botanicals, try it without garnish.

 

Count + Reid

30mL Reid + Reid Barrel Aged Gin

30mL Reid + Reid Red Vermouth

30mL Reid + Reid Bitter Aperitivo

1. Put on large ice cube in a short glass

2. Pour Reid + Reid Native gin, red vermouth            and bitter aperitivo over the ice.

3. Stir and garnish with a slice of orange  

 

50mL Reid + Reid Native Gin

15mL Reid + Reid Dry Vermouth

1. Fill  mixing glass with plenty of ice.

2. Pour Reid + Reid Native gin and dry vermouth      over the ice.

3. Stir, strain into a glass and garnish with lemon      zest.

 

50mL Reid + Reid Native or Barrel Aged Gin

15mL Reid + Reid Dry Vermouth

15mL Reid + Reid Bitter Aperitivo

Tonic Water

1. Fill glass with plenty of ice.

2. Pour Reid + Reid Native gin, dry vermouth  

     and bitter aperitivo over the ice.

3. Top with tonic water and garnish with              grapefruit zest

 

Tom Collins

Vermouth Spritz

50mL Reid + Reid Rev. Dawson's Gin

30mL Lemon Juice

15mL Simple Syrup

Soda Water

1. Fill  mixing glass with plenty of ice.

2. Pour Reid + Reid gin, lemon juice and simple syrup over the ice.

3. Top with soda water and gently stir

 

100mL Reid + Reid Dry Vermouth

Sparkling water

1. Fill  mixing glass with plenty of ice.

2. Pour Reid + Reid dry vermouth over the ice.

3. Top with sparkling water and garnish with                a slice of orange.
